We have a feature rich drawing control facility available online. Coming soon is the ability to view drawings directly on the web before downloading.
The system includes the following features:
- A simple method by which the architects can upload the drawings and automatically build a real time Drawings Schedule
- A control so that only the person who uploads a drawing, can replace it with new versions – including full tracking of any changes
- Only the latest version of a drawing is available for download by sub-contractors
- Automatic email circulation notifying all sub-contractors of any updates
- On line request to Call Print for paper prints of any drawings
- Comment fields for tracking changes and issues regarding the drawings
By hovering over a drawing title with your mouse you will get a 'popup' which you can see in the image above. The popup conains information such as the name of the architect who created the drawing, the drawing title and when it was uploaded. It also acts as a version tracker. You can see all the different version that have been uploaded under 'Upload History'.
