In July 2001, Charter Chambers was formed by the members of Dr Johnson's Chambers and former members of Cardinal Chambers to produce one of the largest sets in the country. The head of Charter Chambers is Stephen Solley QC, formerly Chair of the Bar Human Rights Committee.
