Operations & Maintenance manuals, even now are being produced as large, bulky paper documents that fill multiple folders and take up a lot of shelf space.
Denaploy has been pushing the envelope with regards to creating entirely digital O&M manuals that are then distributed on a CD-Rom. So the 4 large folders becomes 1 CD in a small case.
We have now decided to try and push the envelope further by offering to distribute our O&M manuals on USB flash drives that are small enough to fit on a set of keys. Wouldn’t it be great that when someone purchases a house they get one of these tiny USB sticks with their house keys, which contains all the documentation for the build of the house, including architects drawings and more.
This new service will be offered as an addition to our standard CD distribution service. Please ask us for details.
